Shipping & Processing times 

We ship Monday to Friday via NZ Post.

Weekend orders will be Collected on following weekday.

Order processing begins once payment has been received.

Please note: Rural delivery may incur an additional cost. We will notify you of the exact price.

Tracking:

- You will receive tracking details via Instagram and email once payment has been confirmed.

Returns

Due to hygiene and safety considerations, all sales are final and we cannot accept returns unless the item is:

•In its original, unopened packaging

• In the same condition as received

•Not tampered with or altered in any way

 •If Products have been badly damaged 

 if your items meet these criteria's stated 

please contact us to discuss a possible return We prioritize our customers' safety and appreciate your understanding in this matter.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the status of your refund.

• If approved, your refund will be processed via bank transfer.

• Please allow up to 1-4 business working for the refund to be credited to your account.

Important: Refunds are only issued for unused items. Please note that we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for items that have been opened, used, or tampered with. We appreciate your understanding and encourage you to review our return policy before placing an order."
